Abstract
The models of physical processes in radio electronic devices (RED) as the stochastic differential equations are considered. Is shown, that all physical processes in RED - stochastic, and functional characteristics of devices should be submitted by functions with stochastic by parameters. The stochastic differential equations for electromagnetic, electrical, mechanical, thermal processes are given and the methods of reception of their decisions are offered on the basis of the determined models. The examples of reception of the functional characteristics are given at mechanical and thermal influences.

Evolution of videopulses, radiated by Hertz’s dipole, daring propagation in vacuum
Properties of the fields and power descriptions are considered. It is shown that the form of videopulses in a distant area is determined by a derivative from the form of impulse of current, given on Hertz’s dipole. Power...
Wideband bioimpedance meter with the adaptive selection of frequency grid
Introduction. For the diagnosis of functional state and structure of biological objects with weakly expressed irregularities it is important quickly and accurately to determine the amplitude- and phase-frequency characte...
Algorithm of uniting of optimal one-dimensional filtering outcomes for image processing
The nonlinear algorithm of uniting of one-dimensional optimal filtering outcomes which describes the form of a posteriori probability density of image pixel is synthesized. Linear algorithm of uniting is obtained for the...
