Abstract
The article develops a strategic management mechanism of activities of higher educational institutions in Ukraine, which includes the steps of strategic diagnosis, strategic planning, strategy implementation and strategic control. The strategic management implementation of economic activity of higher education institutions using the developed mechanism will enhance their fashion appeal.
