THE STRUCTURE OF INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT OF QUALITY OF PRODUCTS OF MEAT-PROCESSING ENTERPRISES

Abstract

There was analyzed the tendencies of development of domestic market of meat products and shown that the stable and successful operation of the enterprise at domestic and international markets of foods shall be based on principles of the system of “Total Quality Management”, as well as mentioned the ten categories of requirements obligatory for observance in its realization as follows: leadership of upper management, analysis of current activities and norms of management by processes, development of men’s resources, strategic planning, strategic informing, observance of interests of consumers, satisfying of interests of laborers, assuring of quality of produced products, optimization of style of activities, betterment of results of operation, decreasing of loading on nearby nature. Increasing of yield of production and realization of its production in international markets of foods is possible on condition of observance of international standards of quality and safety of foodstuffs produced in structure of functioning at the enterprise of integrated management system. The latter has to be based also on conditions of observance of norms of safety and comfort conditions of work of its laborers, as well as continuous decreasing of level of pressure of conditions of operation of the enterprise on the state of surrounding nature. There were listed the principal constituents of recommended systems of management by operation of the meat-processing enterprise and clarified the main advantages to be taken in introduction of integrated systems of management of quality and safety of meat products.
