Abstract
In or der to de ter mi ne esti ma tion of cur rent sprin ter-s abi lity, the con trol is ne cessary on the track whi le me a su ring pas sing ti mes, at every fi ve or ten me ters. With the se re sults one can de te r mi ne what parts of cer tain ra ces are su i ta ble for a sprin ter. Ha ving the se da ta, the tra i ner is plan ning and ma king pro grams for tra i ning pro cess with the help of ade qu a te tra i ning met hods and me ans. The ba sic pre con di tion for a re gu lar tra ining work is te sting of all fo ur pha ses: the start, ac ce le ra tion, run ning up the la ne pha se and the fi nish. Ge ne rally spe a king, all sprin ters don’t ha ve the sa me dyna mics ta king in con si dera tion all the se pha ses, which me ans that a good sprint star ter isn’t ne ces sa rily good at the fi nish. One of the facts is that in prac ti ce one sho uld use the le ast pos si ble the numbers of pha se te sting but on the ot her hand he sho uld be much mo re in for med.
