THE STRUCTURE OF THE LEGAL INSTITUTE OF LABOR PROTECTION

Abstract
The paper is devoted to determination of labour-law institute of labour protection structure. The last it is suggested to contain: generals of labour protection; norms and rules of safety measures and occupational sanitation; legal rules which regulating organizational relationships in field of labour protection; legal rules providing differentiated legal regulation of labour protection of certain categories of employees.
