Celta i zna~eweto na ovie de-novi e razvivawe na nau~nata misla, osposobuvawe na mladite za pi{uva-we stru~no-nau~ni trudovi i pred sî, popularizacija na defektolo{kata teorija i praktika na na{ite prostori i po{iroko.
