The Study of Factors Affecting of voluntary in Iran's sport

Abstract
The present study aims at the study of factors affecting formation and implementation of voluntarymovement in sports in Iran province. The methodology is based on description-analysis using questionnairs and the statistical population of this article consists of 96 members of managers and vice presidents of the sports board in Iran province. The questionnaires were designed using a comprehensive study of sources and its Justifiability and durability was evaluated using prevalent methods. The analysis of the data based on descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov- Esmiernoph and Friedman test) has been done by SPSS 20. The results reveal that factors involving the recruiment, preservation and taining people and developing volunteeringmovementare respectively first to forth in ranking in sports in Iran province. It was also ascertained that the development of voluntarymovementcan be achieved by proper planning for recruiting members, more inclination towards in recruitingvolunteers in comparison with formal recruitment of people, proper relationship between sports boards and volunteers, proper planning for evaluating volunteers' performance, collaborative management and mandate to volunteers. People in Sport organization must pay careful attention to the specified ranking with special focus on the recruiment factor. Considering the young and enthusiastic members, this factor can be developed to help the sports of this province improve with the aid of this movement reducing the expenditure.
