THE STUDY ON SELF-PRESENTATION OF PERSONALITY IN THE INTERNET(BASED ON THE ANALISYS OF ITS AVATARS)

Abstract
The analytical work of classification and systematizing of avatar kinds used in social networks and thematic forums was performed. The research showed that an avatar as self-presentation of «I» personality in the Internet has a direct connection with the features of its character. Their choice is not accidental. On the content of the used image the conclusions about individual and characterological personal features can be made. It was found that images on avatars have low correlation with the personality temperament. The accomplished study allows to state psychognostic possibilities of the method of the analysis of personality self-presentation in the Internet by analyzing its avatars.
