THE SUBORDINATE COMPLEX SENTENCES USED IN THE DRAMATIC WORKS BY MIRZA FATALI AKHUNDZADEH

Abstract
Azerbaijan literature has a long history and the XIX century is distinguished by its ideological and aesthetic achievements. The XIX century attracts the attention of the researchers because the foundation of national dramaturgy was laid during that period. The formation of that unique and significant cultural event in the history of Azerbaijan literature was directly connected with the name of Mirza Fatali Akhundzadeh who is considered to be the founder of dramaturgy not only in Azerbaijan but throughout the Middle East. Comedies by M. F. Akhundzadeh were the beginning of a new stage in Azerbaijani literary language and played a great role in the development of oral and written language. Comedies by M. F. Akhundzadeh gave opportunities to enrich vocabulary of the national literary language and to reveal its possibilities. From this point of view the analysis of subordinate complex sentences used in the dramatic works by M. F. Akhundzadeh play an important role. The compound sentences used in the comedies by M. F. Akhundzade were classified according to the types of semantic relations between the components of those sentences, as well as the structural and semantic characteristics of the compound sentences were analyzed in the article according to the grammar rules of modern Azerbaycan language.
