Abstract
Succession research purposes with the title of President in Indonesia is to identify, locate, and analyze change, mechanisms and legal implications of the President is in accordance with the paradigm of the state and nation in Indonesia. From these results, based on analysis of the theory of sovereignty, the president Substitution implementation incompatible with the paradigm of nation and state of Indonesia, the 1945 Constitution, and the Constitution Amendment the 1945 contitution of the republic of Indonesia sovereignty paradigm the goal of power.
