The Surreal as the Truth
Journal Title: In Medias Res - Year 2014, Vol 3, Issue 5
Abstract
The time we live in, is determined by the space at which we live, and marked by a specific relationship to the Art. Information are coming in a great speed to us and one can feel overwhelmed by the material witch cancels the old methods of processing. A man is trying to help himself with associations. The historical comparison and analogy are not enough. New time, the era of globalization, is also a time of market orientation, rating and sharing. Obsession with profit and commercialization of the society were also carried over to the art.
