THE SUSTAINABILITY TRANSITION FROM QUALITY 4.0 TO QUALITY 5.0. A ROLE OF SUSTAINABLE SPIRITUAL AND INTELLIGENT LEADERSHIP IN THE CREATION OF INTANGIBLE CAPITAL FOR FUTURE

Abstract
The world is in the process of rapid change in all areas of living. In all of them exists old and new problems with urgent needs for solving. The transition from Industry 3.0 to Industry 4.0 changed the view on industry in the 21st century and also there are challenges based on Quality 3.0 and Quality 4.0 concept. In the last ten years developed the concept of Japan's „Society 5.0“ which needs the Quality 5.0 concept. This is the main motive for researching the possibility of transitioning quality into the Quality 5.0 concept. In the paper presents basic information about Industry 4.0 and Quality 4.0 based on new challenges in the 21st century. Based on the literature and my own research is defined the concept of Quality 5.0 and ways of transition to Quality 5.0, especially in transition counties as Serbia in the next 30 years. The first analysis pointed out that it is possible to use untangle capital-including smart technologies, smart leadership, smart people, and other smart „things“ for achieving smart/integrated quality, quality of life, resilience, and all human-centric activities. The new concept of Quality 5.0 needs a new role of leadership (Sustainable, Spiritual, Intelligent Leadership), a new model of the effective transition from Quality 4.0 to Quality 5.0, and creation of quality capital needed for the future.
