THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEES: ACTUALIZATION AND STAGES OF FORMATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the explanation of the necessity of forming a system of continuous professional development. Established that the transition to a system of continuous professional development is an objective component of modern society. The main steps in implementing this system in Ukraine are determined. The purpose of the system of continuous professional development is recognized formation of a fully developed personality, prepared to ensure the economic and social progress of society. It is proved that the formation of a system of continuous professional development belongs to the tasks of the state.
