THE SYSTEM OF GUARANTEES OF THE RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF THE SUSPECT, ACCUSED OF TAKING PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

Abstract
The author has analyzed a number of legislative provisions relating to the procedure of applying precautionary measures. Their totality is systematized into appropriate groups. The attention is focused on the fact that all the guarantees of rights and freedoms of the suspect, accused person should be applied in their organic unity to achieve the basic principles of criminal proceedings.
