The system of strategic control in the state regulation of the macroeconomic environment

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical and practical questions of the formation of a system of strategic control in the state regulation of the macroeconomic environment. The expediency of using the system approach in the state regulation of the national economy is substantiated. The theoretical and methodological problems that require the development of scientific approaches to the formation of strategic control system are determined. The structure of the strategic control system in the state regulation is developed, which includes the main elements and methodical approaches. The priority tasks of strategic control in the system of state regulation of the national economy are determined. Investigated subjects of strategic control and their functional aspects in the system of state regulation of the national economy. The main directions and tasks of state regulation bodies are determined. The strategic development of the national economy requires the use of more advanced state regulation technologies that take into account the trends of globalization of economic processes and the direction of social needs. The functioning of the controlling system enables the use of modern methods for solving the problems of state regulation, taking into account the conditions of globalization of the macroeconomic environment. The study of strategic control as a holistic effective system requires the coverage of individual elements, namely: substantiated strategic objectives and tasks of controlling, functions, entities and objects of controlling, principles of strategic control and methodical aspects. The modern system of strategic control in the state regulation of the macroeconomic environment should ensure the effective functioning of state regulation of financial and economic processes through the appropriate information and analytical basis. The research showed that the formation and functioning of the system of strategic control at both the micro-and macro level involves observing the principles of consistency of goals, the uniform development of structural elements, including subjects and objects, with the desire for synergy effect. The research of the role of strategic control in the system of state regulation and analysis of interrelations between segments, taking into account the modern methodology, maybe precisely by means of a system approach. The realization of the goal of strategic control is carried out by the entities of provision and conduct, which are represented mainly by state regulatory bodies and whose activities affect the financial, social and economic spheres, using the relevant information.
