THE SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC ENSURING THE BALANCE OF THE LOCAL LABOR MARKET

Abstract
The article defines the main elements of the system of strategic ensuring the balance of the local labor market – the information base, which will increase the degree of validity of management decisions by collecting, transferring and processing information about the current state of the labor market in order to achieve its main goal - to increase effective employment of the population by ensuring a balance local labor market. Has been developed a matrix of information interaction between the main participants of the labor market.
