Abstract
In the article the systemization as a way of improvement the legislation regulating the operational-service activities of the State border guard service of Ukraine is analyzed. The main ways of systemization are studied. The directions of improvement the legislation regulating the operational-service activities of the State border guard service of Ukraine with the help of systemization are worked out.
