Modern studies in space require clarification of the term of “space object.” Because, for example, the ontology of the term of “space object” can be considered a) as from the point of view of astronomical approaches that include astrophysical identifiers, design specifications, components, subsystems, capabilities, vulnerabilities, origin, mission, elements of the orbit; b) both in terms of space law, where the term “space object” has a different meaning. This is an artificial object created by a person that can create emergency situations, harm human health, etc. As a holistic property complex consisting of facilities and equipment for the assembling, preparation and launching of spacecraft it should be subject to the regime of real estate for the state to control its circulation.
