The terms of compensation for internationally wrongful acts

Abstract
The article exemplifies research of questions, concerning the terms of compensation for internationally wrongful acts in the international law. Analyses of judicial literature, interstate agreements, practice of international judicial and arbitral bodies on subjects of the terms of compensation for internationally wrongful acts are made in the international law. Comparative analysis of cases of the International Court of Justice and other international judicial bodies, concerning matters of determination of the terms of compensation for internationally wrongful acts is carried out.
