Abstract

The article defines concepts explaining the origin of the company, along with neoclassical theory, theories of transaction costs of the evolutionary economy, the sides of the firm’s activities, such as production, transactions, innovations, resources. Some aspects of resource exchange are considered, which study such branches of knowledge as general management and all its sections. The most perspective theoretical researches related to the decisive importance of knowledge for the development of organizations whose activities increasingly depend on the accumulation and analysis of information, training of personnel, and the assimilation of innovations are analysed. We consider complex tasks that force enterprises to develop advanced knowledge and use them as efficiently as possible. Technological components and human components, such as culture in the field of knowledge and trust, defined as expected reciprocity are considered. Organizational knowledge based on the organization’s ability to change for the purpose of survival and development is developed, which is developed due to the knowledge of each employee and includes a range of principles, facts, skills, rules, methods that ensure the business activity of the organization and its human resources. The concept and practice of continuing education are shown as a set of measures that enable a person to learn throughout life. A requirement is put forward for the distribution of the individual’s educational resources throughout his life, and not their concentration in a strictly defined period, which presupposes the formation of a system of continuous education, taking into account self-learning with the help of consulting and methodological support.
