THE THEORETICAL DETERMINATION OF THE DEFINITION OF «PARLIAMENTARY OPPOSITION» IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical and legal analysis of the concept of "parliamentary opposition" as an institution of constitutional law of Ukraine. The rights of the parliamentary opposition are outlined and analyzed. It is proved that the institutionalization of the parliamentary opposition depends on the presence or absence of political agreements concluded by the parties during and after the elections.
