Abstract
This article is dedicated to the objective necessity of the personnel management system in the context of innovative economic development and its theoretical foundations. It emphasizes the application of effective management mechanisms characteristic of market relations in various sectors of Uzbek economy, particularly in agriculture, and highlights efforts to improve the quality of human capital and address the training of professional personnel.
