THE TRANSFER OF PERSONS ON BAIL UNDER ARTICLE 47 OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract

This article analyzes exemption from criminal liability as an alternative form of combating crime transferred person on bail under st.47 provided for in the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
