THE TRANSNATIONALIZATION PROCESSES DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE TERMS OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract
The basic stages of development of transnational corporations are investigated. The basic factors of transnationalization are classified. The positive and negative consequences of transnationalization are analysed in the context of globalization processes of the world economy.
