Abstract
The article deals with features of the model basis for tourist and recreational activities development. The proposed approach is based on cooperation professional tourist market members, which can operate autonomously. The proposed model basis subordinated integration relationships cluster participants and availability of networks for capacity-tourism product. The features and differences of complex modeling techniques in different stages of the life cycle of tourism and recreation cluster.
