THE TRENDS OF GROWTH OF EMPLOYMENT PAYMENT

Abstract
In a market economy, there have been significant changes in wages, which depends not only on the results of the work of the workers, but also on the effectiveness of the production units. The consideration of labor and wages is one of the central places in the accounting system at the enterprise. Wages are a major source of income for employees of companies, enterprises, organizations, institutions. The labor of the workers is a necessary part of the process of production, consumption and distribution of the created product. Wages as an indicator that depends directly on production efficiency, productivity, and product competitiveness are not only an indicator that determines the overall standard of living of employees. In the conditions of the modern market mechanism, due to the formation of aggregate demand, wages are becoming more and more important factor in the reproduction of social production. The remuneration for labor is the main stimulus of the workers who carry out the process of production and produce material goods. All labor costs as a part of the cost directly affects the results of financial and economic activity of the enterprise. The urgency of the wage problem in the low wage for today, also it concerns to the existence of wage arrears, payment of wages to employees in envelopes, imperfections in the mechanisms for the formation of wages of enterprises, etc.
