THE UKRAINIAN LEGAL EDUCATION AND SCIENCE IN THE EUROPEAN MEASUREMENT: THE UKRAINIAN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA THE 20–40th OF THE XX CENTURY

Abstract
Article is devoted research of pedagogical and scientific activity of the Ukrainian scientists in one of the numerous and most noticeable centers of the Ukrainian emigres since the beginning of the 20th years. – Czechoslovakia. During emigration development of the Ukrainian state and legal thought contacted functioning of the Ukrainian Free University, Ukrainian Economic Academy and Ukrainian High Teacher Training college of Dragomanov. It is defined that the Ukrainian intellectuals in the abroad sought to create the educated youth capable of independent, original legal thinking, effective professionals in the field of law on the basis of profound scientific knowledge, highly qualified specialists, national conscious lawyers for future restored Ukrainian state.
