THE UKRAINIAN STUDIES ASPECT OF PHILOSOPHICAL INTERPRETATION OF CULTURAL-HISTORICAL EPOCHS BY DMYTRO TSCHIŽEWSKIJ IN COMPARISON TO LEO FROBENIUS CONCEPTION

Abstract
In the article philosophical principles of culture-historical epochs (periods) by Dmytro Tschižewskij and the theory of cultural circles (rings) by Leo Frobenius are compared. The hypothetical interaction of these theories in the works of the Ukrainian scholar and the German one is noted. The scientific conceptions of L. Frobenius are investigated. Biological relicts in cultural theories are considered. The research gives philosophical, literary, historical, ethnological, science of religion discourses.
