THE USE OF ANTI-DUMPING, COUNTERVAILING AND SPECIAL MEASURES IN FOREIGN TRADE

Abstract
Determine the main purpose of the application of a set of anti-dumping rules. The mechanism to protect domestic producers from dumped imports and subsidized imports. The conditions of application of special measures. Investigated the order of anti-dumping procedures. Some attention was paid to research the concept of unfair competition.
