THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Abstract
In this article, we analyze the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in construction project management based on current research and practical examples. Our aim is to explore various aspects of AI application in construction, identify its main advantages and capabilities, and evaluate its impact on project management effectiveness and work quality. Through our analysis, we have found that the use of AI in construction project management contributes to process optimization, improved planning and control, and enhanced safety on construction sites. The research also leads to the conclusion that AI has the potential to significantly improve the performance and efficiency of construction work overall.
