The use of elements of controllingin the strategy of development of agricultural production

Abstract
Despite attempts to stimulate investment agricultural sector, positive changes are not yet sustainable. In addition, the market organization of economic activity is based on the free distribution of investment inherent with characteristic its regional and sectoral investment conditions. In this regard, the topicality becomes the problem of improving the investment climate and increases the attractiveness of foreign capital in domestic agriculture.
