The Use of First Order Polynomial with Double Scalar Quantization for Image Compression
Journal Title: International Journal of Engineering Research and Advanced Technology - Year 2017, Vol 3, Issue 6
Abstract
In this paper, the proposed technique attempts to exploit the first order polynomial model effectively along with utilizing the two stages of the scalar quantizer to enhance the system efficiency. The test results of the suggested method are promising especially with the identical base model compared with the traditional and separate base models.
Location based Social Networks using Spatial Computing

IMPERFECTION OF COMPOSITE LAMINATED PLATES
It is found that the manufacturing processes are responsible of many defects which may arise in fibers, matrix and lamina. These defects, if they exist include misalignment of fibers, cracks in matrix, non – uniform...
Characterization of Aluminium Alloy/ SiC Metal Matrix Composites
The present research involved the conduction of hardness and compression tests of aluminium AA-2618 alloy matrix composite reinforced with white Silicon Carbide particulates. The composites were fabricated using Stir Cas...
ANALYSING THE FATIGUE LIFE ON WOVEN GLASS FIBER / EPOXY POLYMER COMPOSITE LAMINATE
The impact damage and fatigue life is inter-linked in this work. The laminates were prepared by hand layup process having two different thicknesses; 2 and 4 mm. The specimens were subject to low-velocity impact at differ...
Approximate Low power, high-performance Adder and Multiplier Design using Error Tolerance Application
The small error introduce some effect of application and also wastage area and power of the design but in this proposed design the error tolerance adder introduce in the design not affect design it reduces power, area, d...
