THE USE OF METHODS OF SELF-MANAGEMENT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The article discusses the approach to sustainable development of the organization based on the principles of self-management. Self-management is examined not only from the standpoint of personal technologies, but also self-management of working teams on the basis of mobilization and preservation of domestic sources of self-organization and self-improvement, and active staff participation in the organization of self-government. Justifies the opportunity to ensure the sustainable development of the organization methods of self-management.
