The Use of Programming Languages on the Final Project Report by Using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)
Journal Title: International Journal of Advanced Computer Science & Applications - Year 2015, Vol 6, Issue 9
Abstract
The development in information technology provides a lot of convenience for everyone. Academy of Information Management and Computer (AIMC) students of the fourth semester, implementing the Job Training must specify the type of programming that will be used as a Final Project Report. The study assessed five types of programming language by using the approach of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to obtain information on the programming language that has the quality or better rating than 5 programming languages is based on the parameters. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one way in determining or making a decision that are multi-criteria or multi-objective such as choosing the programming language for the Student Information Management at the Academy of Information Management and Computer (AIMC). Programming language based on five criteria consisting of Clarity, Simplicity, and unity; Orthogonality; Fairness for Applications; Supports Abstraction; Environment Program; and Portability Program.
