THE USE OF SYNERGETIC APPROACH IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article stated that the educational process should be aimed at formation of independent, purposeful, strong-willed person, capable of professional self-improvement, which is manifested in the tendency to self-organization, self-education, self-development, able to change their personalities to continuous updating of their competencies. The introduction of ideas of synergetics in the educational process is important for the recovery of the content of modern education to the realities of today. Synergetic approach allows us to consider each subject of the educational process as self-development system. Using the synergetic approach in pedagogical activity contributes to the enrichment of the educational process with new effective techniques and methods of pedagogical interaction that make it more intense processes of student development and personal and professional growth of teachers. The dialogue of thoughts, motives, value orientations of subjects of the educational process promotes the formation of favorable atmosphere in collective, open and develop the individuality of each. According to the theory of self-organization is necessary, the teacher under the educational process should promote the autonomy of students to see each of them a free person, to support the initiative to affect his inner world, contributing to the development of positive character traits, different abilities. Education is a nonlinear process and has the character of an open multi-component system in which the processes of self-organization. The Foundation of any pedagogical process is an open self-developing system (teacher, student, and their relationship to learning). The essence of the principle of non-linearity lies in the multi-variant development paths and opportunities of self-development of the future specialist. In the pedagogical process multivariance is the main condition for the creation of the educational environment in the individual trajectory of each student’s success, encouraging independent choice of the best alternative, optimal ways.
