Abstract
The main points of a legislative provision of local communities cooperation are reviewed in the new legislative acts of reform of administrative and territorial structure of Ukraine. The existing projects of local governments are analysed, which will be implemented on the basis of cost-sharing. The role of local communities for cooperation in joint investment projects of industrial development areas is determined. The ways of enhance such cooperation are offered in the field of industrial enterprise in order to ensure sustainable economic development of administrative units in Ukraine
