The way and the necessity of China administrative ethics construction

Abstract
Abstract: Administrative ethics is an important control mechanism of administrative power and an indispensable part of the political system reform. However, there are serious Administrative Ethics problems exist in Civil Service at this stage of China, how to strengthen the construction of administrative ethics is one of the important hot topics that get theoretical and practical great concern. This paper indicate that the construction of administrative ethics is very necessary for the building of service-oriented government, the prevent of administrative corruption, the development of a harmonious society and the improvement of the administrative system. Due to in the economic and social transformation period, the administrative ethics construction in China will encounter lots of difficulties and resistances. Therefore, we must strengthen the ethical education of administrative staff, promote the institutionalization and legalization of administrative ethics, establish the incentive mechanism of administrative ethics and perfect the supervision of administrative ethics.
