THE WAYS OF IMPROVEMENT OF NATIONAL LEGISLATION IN MUTUAL EXISTENCE OF UKRAINIAN AND ENGLISH TERMINOLOGY IN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article investigates conditions of knowing and studying English of Ukrainian society members. The Administrative Law of Ukraine was influences by Russian law doctrine that is why there are a lot of remains of previous times. The Administrative Law of Ukraine was a result of functioning The Police Law in Russian state. The Administrative Law of Ukraine became a separate branch of law only on the beginning of XX century. The author pays attention on European projects, initiatives and resources that give the possibility to equal use of terminology of all European Union member states. There are some projects as: International Center of Excellence for Terminology: Research, Technologies and Services; dEUcert Project: Dissemination of European Certification Schema ECQA; EuroTermBank in European Union. Moreover, according to Decree of The President of Ukraine 2016 is a year of English language. Ukraine is on the way of European integration, but European community has some requirement, which Ukrainian society has to meet. Ukrainian officials have to improve Ukrainian legislation and provide high quality laws which insure expanding, studying and using English on both domestic and international levels. The author offered the ways of improvement of national legislation in mutual existence of Ukrainian and English terminology in administrative law of Ukraine. English language should be mandatory on scientific and scientific-theoretical conferences. There is a necessity that professional journals published articles in English with a high level of adaptation translation. There are a lot of measures that necessary to take for an equal member of the European Union.
