THE WAYS OF IMPROVING STAFF TRAINING: GLOBALIST APPROACH IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article reveals the significance of foreign experience in education upgrading, providing its sustainable development, represents some countries’ experience in this sphere and the abilities of its use in Ukraine. It also presents the data on internationalization process strengthening, intensification of scientific- and -technical and educational cooperation, and international universities’ rating. The ways of education upgrading such as the form of Ukrainian and foreign higher educational establishments’ cooperation; education upgrading monitoring; information and communication technologies adoption; industrial park creation and development of cooperation between employers and higher educational establishments are also described.
