Theimprovement of the recreation of lands by small owners and users of IAC

Abstract
Privatization of agricultural lands and concentration of their considerable part in the ownership and use of population have not improved their exploitation and protection. A big part of privatized lands is not used and is virtually withdrawn from agricultural exploitation. The results of modification of agricultural relations have lead to destruction of agricultural firms as well. As a result, social problems in rural areas have become more pressing.
