THEIR LANGUAGE OF CULTURE AS A BASIC CONDITION OF THE FORMATION OF MODERN MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Abstract
Introduction. Modern requirements to the activity of an engineer-farmer need the development of new concepts and models of psychological and pedagogical training in the specialized university. This model, focused on the formation of administrative and human competencies of future specialists, should be based on certain methodological characteristics. Methods: philological analysis, methodological, pedagogical scientific literature survey respondents, synthesis and simulation research problems. Results. Description of the characteristics of the concepts of "cultural language", "language culture", "linguistic competence", "linguistic competence" in the preparation of mechanical engineers in the agricultural college. Factors and structural features broadcast engineer agricultural sector. Discussion. Needs study the problem of succession and continuity of improving language culture in the preparation of mechanical engineer in agricultural education institutions.
