THEORETICAL AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF THE ACTIVITY OF A LAWYER IN THE CIVIL PROCESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with investigation of rendering legal assistance in civil proceedings by advocates, namely, determination of procedural status of an advocate, reasons and forms of rendering legal help by him in court. Features of participation of a lawyer in the civil process of Ukraine are considered. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature and the legislation of Ukraine, the specifics of the civil procedural status of the lawyer as a representative in the civil case are determined.
