THEORETICAL AND METHODICAL APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT OF SOCIAL SECURITY IN THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

Abstract
Modern approaches to the definition of the concept of "social security" are analyzed. The essence and definition of the concept of "social security of international business" taking into account the conceptual basis of system, situational, process and functional approaches are clarified. The role of social security in the system of economic security of international business’ subjects is defined. The specifics and principles of managing social security in international business are founded. The scientific-methodical approach to the formation of a social security management system in international business is proposed.
