Theoretical and methodological approaches analysis of deterministicization in the context of virtualization of the state

Abstract
Specialties of concept deterritorialization and its main characteristics in the context of virtualization state are analyzed. Investigated the process of deterritorialization which based on theory international and domestic scientists, its subject is study the phenomenon of deterritorialization under the influence of globalization changes. Determined the factors that make it possible to characterize deterritorialization as part of the process of virtualizationof state.
