THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO EVALUATION OF COHERENCE OF ECONOMIC INTERESTS OF TOURIST INDUSTRY AND CITY

Abstract
The problem of concordance and creation balance of economic interests of tourist industry and city is explored in the article. Interests of tourist industry and interests of cities are in permanentdynamicconcordance that needs continuous their research and coherence. The developmentof theoretical and methodological approaches is the aim of the article. For achievement the purpose and tasks of scientific research the special methods were used as a methodological base, namely: method of analysis and synthesis, systems approach statistical and integral methods. Research results consist in development the theoretical and methodological approaches to estimation the concordance of economic interests of tourist industry and city and also in design their balance on the basis of forming of the system of indexes and criteria. The research shows that estimation of degree of balanced of economic interests of city and industry of tourism must be determined on the basis of development of the balanced system of indexes and criteria which characterizenot only current status but also dynamics and prospects of their development. Only taking into account such criteria it is possible to create the effective and effective mechanism of coherence of interests, that will be directed on the positive cross-coupling of development of industry and city
