Abstract
In the article the author analyzes current trends in the development of car-building enterprises. The basic preconditions of need to develop the Concept of national program to improve the competitiveness of carbuilding enterprises of Ukraine are determined. Formed own definition of the National program to improve competitiveness of car-building enterprises.
