Theoretical and Methodological Framework and Application Recommendations for Evaluating the Performance of Commercial Enterprises under Economic Development Conditions

Abstract
The effectiveness as an economic category was clarified, the process of measuring the effectiveness of trading activity on the basis of the implementation of functions was justified, the problem of its specification and parameterization based on the law of the descending marginal product were solved. It was proved that the criterion for measuring the effectiveness of acts of static and dynamic assessment of the effectiveness of trading activity that takes into account changes in applicable assets (resources), to increase the safety margin of the enterprise, and testifies to the merger (integration) and a downward impact of economic fluctuations in the current economic macro-and micro systems. For the methodology used an algorithm was produced and directions forecasting gross value indicators on the basis of the pessimistic scenario were suggested, given the current dynamism of the domestic economic system. Comparison of global standards for reporting (IFRS / US GAAP / FAS) and assessments (F7, F9, P3 ACCA) of the financial and economic activities of commercial enterprises.
