THEORETICAL AND SCIENTIFIC PROVISIONS OF THE ACADEMIC DRAWING IN THE WORKS OF M. LI

Abstract
The theoretical and methodological foundations of visual writing are presented in M. Lee’s books. The volume of basic educational tasks from the academic drawing is revealed, taking into account the sequence of complications of tasks. The foundations of composition, prospects, proportions, laws of light-colored and plastic anatomy are considered, which in general gave an idea of the form, volume and structure. Methodical techniques and rules for the image of objects on a plane, so-called geometric method, are given. The basis of which is the comparison of natural forms with the simplest geometric bodies.
