THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSING THE INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF RICE GROWING

Abstract
The article has developed theoretical approaches to assessing the innovative potential of rice growing. The approaches to the estimation of innovative potential of scientific and innovative products are explored. A model of the use of the method for assessing innovation potential has been developed. The main theoretical aspects of scientific and innovation process in rice growing are studied. It is reported that the result of scientific research is scientific and technical products with high innovative potential, which has a demand in the market of science-intensive products.
