THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO PROBLEM OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-CONSTRUCTION OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS

Abstract
The article examines the process of self-improvement through the analysis of related categories such as self-realization, self-education, self-development, self-education, self-knowledge and self-esteem. The speci- ficity and regularities of the functioning of the self-improvement process are highlighted. The foundations of formation of the ability to self-improvement of future social workers and pedagogical conditions, which it is advisable to adhere to during the organization of professional self-improvement of students in higher educa- tional establishments.
